Nucleus SoundLab is a Canadian-based sound design company founded in 2005 by Jeremy Janzen specialising in Refills for Propellerhead Reason, sound design tutorial videos, as well as patchsets for various VSTi synths.

  • Unique patches. All Nucleus SoundLab refills feature Combinators that are unique and created from scratch.
  • Full Combinator Controls mapping. The goal is to give users the complete control to tweak a patches. NSL (Nucleus SoundLab) always uniquely map Combinator Rotaries, Buttons and modwheel to useful and creative parameters.
  • Comprehensive Documentation. Creating complex patches doesn’t have to mean they are difficult to use. For this reason, each of NSL’s Combinator patches comes with extremely detailed documentation so you can easily figure out how to best make use of it.
